Job Summary
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, and creating a pleasant dining experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check guest satisfaction during meals and respond to requests efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors when necessary.
Food & Beverage Service
- Prepare tables before service, including linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Ensure proper table setting and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Follow service standards and hygiene regulations.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Prepare and present bills to guests.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately when required.
- Maintain correct billing procedures.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school education or hospitality training preferred.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
