About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Engineer – MEP to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of MEP activities while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, supervise, and execute all MEP activities at project sites.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless project execution.
· Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
· Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
· Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of work.
· Verify contractor bills and measurements.
· Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
· Resolve technical issues at the site and provide engineering solutions.
· Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
· Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP, WTP, lifts, and other MEP systems.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
· Support project handover and closure activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· 8–10 years of relevant experience in MEP execution for residential or commercial real estate projects.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, STP/WTP, DG systems, and Building Management Systems.
· Good understanding of IS Codes, NBC, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
· Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience with reputed real estate developers.
· Knowledge of high-rise residential projects.
· Exposure to project planning and execution from inception to handover.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
