Core Responsibilities
- Instruction & Lesson Planning: Deliver structured lectures, create detailed lesson plans, and utilize innovative teaching methods to simplify complex business concepts.
- Assessments: Design and grade assignments, quizzes, and term examinations to track student progress and ensure curriculum standards are met.
- Student Mentorship: Provide academic counseling and career guidance, helping students navigate pathways toward higher education in commerce and management.
- Administration: Maintain student attendance records, write performance reports, and coordinate with college management and parents regarding student development.
- Extracurriculars: Participate in college events, faculty meetings, and professional development workshops to stay updated with the latest educational and industry trends.
Typical Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA, or a relevant postgraduate degree with a minimum required percentage (often 50-55%).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of teaching experience at the junior college (Intermediate / Plus-2) level is highly valued, though fresh candidates are frequently hired.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage large classrooms of 50 or more students.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,592.59 per month
