ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized and proactive House Manager to oversee the comprehensive daily operations of our private residence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an impeccable standard of living, ensuring the property is managed with efficiency, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Property Maintenance: Supervise the physical upkeep of the residence, including regular inspections, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring all smart-home systems are operational.
- Staff Coordination: Manage, train, and oversee household staff, including housekeeping and security personnel, to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact for all external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Oversee project timelines, quality of work, and budget compliance.
- Inventory & Procurement: Maintain detailed inventories of household supplies, manage procurement processes, and ensure stock levels are consistently high. Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, including processing household invoices, scheduling appointments, and managing household documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Security & Safety: Ensure all health, safety, and security protocols are strictly followed, acting as the first point of contact for any emergencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Proven experience in household management, hospitality, or administrative operations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent needs, and manage complex schedules.
- Communication: Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Strong commitment to maintaining privacy and handling sensitive household information with absolute discretion.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
