About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel itinerary planning and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create customized domestic and international travel itineraries
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, and packages
- Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and travel solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales or consultancy
- Strong knowledge of itinerary creation (domestic & international)
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Well-spoken, confident, and customer-focused
- Proven track record in sales and client handling
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented
