Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee all Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, office administration, vendor management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and facility management.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office assets.
- Handle vendor management and procurement activities.
- Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements when required.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain employee files and legal documentation.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Indian labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Salary
₹2,50,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum (Based on experience)
