Experience - min 2 to 3 yrs
Understanding of Various paint shop processes in brief.
Understanding of basic Do's & Don'ts of Paint shop.
Understanding of Different types of equipment construction & function.
Sound knowledge on different Material handling systems & its applications .
Understanding of Fire hazards & safety norms for paint shops.
Understanding of the control switch gear & Safety logics for all equipment’s.
Understanding of IES norms for shop floor & Machines wiring in paint shop/hazardous environment
Understanding the working principle & application of all process instruments related to paint shop w.r.t pressure/Temp/RH/Air Velocity/PID's/speed/rpm/amp & volt meter/ Conductivity & pH Meters etc.
Understanding of basic function of equipment’s like Blowers/ pumps/valves /chiller/ boilers / material handling system/Pneumatics - its application & design parameters.
Thorough knowledge of the Control Panels Power & Control wiring with hands-on-working ability.
Practical knowledge on Control panel Trouble shooting, Field cabling/wire laying standards & its accessories
Sound Knowledge of Switch gear control panel standards, its wiring design
Knowledge on selection & practical experience on all types of Soft Starters for Motors along with its basic parameter settings
Knowledge on Electrical Lamp selection based on luminance levels, safety, Lux level requirements, mountings & its distribution system for shop floor & Equipment’s.
Knowledge in CAD - hands on experience is a must. Knowledge on other software’s will be an added advantage.
Should be able to analyze PLC logic requirements for our process, its equipment’s & material handling system
Innovating new Technologies & compact- reliable instrumentation etc., New Automation for our plants, i4.0 & constantly working/training self & the vendor on its implementation in paint shop CP's - ultimately, AIM to reduce cost & time for site installation.
Sound knowledge PLC, SCADA,MIS/MEP,i4.0, IOT connectivity,control & Monitoring, Cloud tecnology, Wireless controls, latest Drives etc. is a MUST
* * Minimum Job responsibilities:-
Preparation of Control panel Drawings
Preparation of Cable routing layout, Tray selection & its supporting method
Technical Discussions with Control panel & All electrical Hardware & instrumentation Vendors for various B/O finalization
Preparation of detailed technical BOM for All Electrical Bought items, instrumentation & Raw material.
Invite Commercial Bids from minimum two parties & make techno-commercial comparisons for further finalizations.
Final Cross checking of Cable, Switchgear, Motor ratings & instruments with blower, pump, Burners etc. vendors specifications w.r.t. CP drwgs. Before electrical drwgs approval.
Detailed PLC ,CP power & switchgear drawing checking & issuing it for further manufacturing.
Monitoring & reviewing of the CP status as per the Project schedule
Undertake 100 % Inspection & control wiring trials of all control panels & critical B/O items.
Visiting Engg. & Industrial exhibitions, Attending to necessary Training programs on a continuous basis to gain knowledge on the latest technological updates in the Electrical, Instrumentation & process plant side.
Vist all projects under installation & commissioning to check & ensure proper & aesthetic Field wiring & fitment of Instrumentation & its commissioning.
Record & document all the electrical parameters & settings for the complete project - as part of Commissioning report & O&M manual
Attend weekly Joint review meeting with Projects , Materials ,Finance & give & get update on each of the project schedules etc.
Maintain all the Electrical-instrumentation files/records related for each of the projects for the smooth functioning of the design process.
Cost control & monitoring (CCM) - Review & submission of CCM report on each & every project with respect to B/O & Field Cabling & accessories expenses w.r.t material & Labour charges
Aim for "Zero defect" in Control panel drwgs / Manufacturing & testing / Electrical BOM.
Continuous Cost reduction methods by way of simple workable designs & innovative methods.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
