Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding teacher training diploma programs
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance
- Handle inbound enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and student communication details
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, or Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good counseling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in EdTech or educational institutions is preferred
- Only experienced candidates will be considered
