Sales Support Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong understanding of the professional audio product portfolio, including basic configurations, applications, and positioning in different project scenarios
- Own and maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Zoho CRM, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and project details are regularly updated
- Maintain high attention to detail while working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and internal systems
- Work closely with the sales team to track pipeline movement, update deal stages, and maintain data hygiene across the system
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards from CRM data to support internal reviews and decision-making
- Support the sales team with accurate quotation preparation, ensuring correct product selection, pricing structures, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, applications, and operations to gather required inputs for proposals and project tracking
- Take ownership of Accounts Receivable tracking, including invoice follow-ups, payment status updates, and coordination with customers and internal teams
- Ensure timely collection updates and maintain clear visibility of outstanding payments
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities, products, and timelines simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- 0-1 years of experience in pricing and quotes is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
