About the Company
Mandi Plus is a growing logistics and transportation coordination company focused on smooth communication and operational support between drivers, clients, and internal teams. We are looking for energetic and responsible Telecallers who can efficiently coordinate with truck drivers and ensure timely updates on vehicle movement and delivery status.
Position: Telecaller / Driver Coordination Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with truck drivers through phone calls on a daily basis.
- Track vehicle movement and provide regular location updates.
- Maintain communication between drivers, clients, and operations teams.
- Follow up with drivers regarding loading, unloading, and delivery schedules.
- Handle driver queries and provide operational support when required.
- Maintain accurate call records and transportation updates.
- Escalate delays or operational issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure smooth and professional communication at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
- Good verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, logistics coordination, or transport operations is an added advantage.

- Education: PUC / Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Gender: Male/Female
- Languages Required:
- Hindi – Mandatory
- Kannada – Preferred
- English – Basic understanding preferred
