We are expanding rapidly across India, UAE, Europe, and the Americas — and we’re looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate Aabo’s brand presence and drive digital performance.
Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Performance Marketing for consumer electronics or healthtech brands.
The ideal candidate will own our digital footprint across platforms, craft high-impact campaigns, and convert engagement into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging social platforms.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns — from strategy to analytics — focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build targeted audience segments (region, language, interest, device, demography) to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
- Drive brand storytelling through content, influencers, and social collaborations to increase followers, views, engagement, and brand recall.
- Manage and monitor ROI, CPC, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates; prepare dashboards and insights for leadership.
- Create and execute product launch and brand uplift campaigns, optimizing creatives and messaging to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to deliver visually engaging and high-performing campaigns.
- Benchmark competitors and monitor trends in smart wearables, fitness tech, and health-lifestyle categories.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.) to track impact and optimize spend.
- Manage agency relationships (if any) and ensure efficient use of budgets for maximum ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Social Media Marketing, preferably in Smart Wearables, Consumer Electronics, or HealthTech sectors.
- Proven track record of successful digital campaigns with measurable growth in followers, engagement, and business revenue.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, A/B testing, and creative optimization.
- Experience driving brand uplift campaigns and regional targeting (India and global markets).
- Knowledge of SEO, content trends, influencer collaborations, and social media analytics.
- Highly analytical with a creative edge — capable of balancing numbers with narratives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
