Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and proactive In-House Sales Executive who will drive sales growth from within the organization. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and supporting field sales efforts to strengthen House of Gaia’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach
- Coordinate with field sales team to drive showroom and retail partnerships
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships (B2B & B2C)
- Handle inbound enquiries, leads, and order conversions
- Track sales performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and analysis
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and data insights
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign planning and promotions
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and dispatch teams
- Monitor inventory movement and assist in demand planning
- Support pricing strategies and product positioning for premium segment
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (apparel preferred)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting tools
- Understanding of retail, showroom, or apparel sales cycles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion / premium apparel brands
- Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams
