About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to handle data entry, back-office organization, and basic social media management. This is a multi-tasking role perfect for someone who loves structure and spreadsheets, but also has a creative side for basic online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management (60%): Accurately inputting records, updating databases, and maintaining highly organized Google Sheets or Excel files.
- General Administration (20%): Handling basic email correspondence, managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with daily administrative operations.
- Social Media Support (20%): Scheduling pre-made posts, writing simple and engaging captions, and responding to basic comments or queries on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
What We Are Looking For:
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You are someone who spots errors quickly. High accuracy in data typing is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and basic design/scheduling tools like Canva.
- Basic Social Media Knowledge: You know how to post, use hashtags, and navigate Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Reliable & Organized: Able to manage your time efficiently and keep the back-office running smoothly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
