We are hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for a Customer Support Voice Process at Whitefield, Bengaluru.
The selected candidates will handle customer queries over calls and provide professional and effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls as per the process requirement.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.
Eligibility
- Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- English Communication: Versant Level 6 or equivalent communication skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be ready to attend walk-in interviews.
Salary
Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹29,000 per month
