Diploma / Degree
· 2+ years in sales coordination, project coordination, or administrative support (experience in Foodservice, Hospitality, or Construction is a major plus).
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers; providing product information, technical specifications, and preliminary pricing for equipment (ranges, refrigeration, ware washing, etc.).
· Generate accurate professional quotes and formal proposals using CRM and ERP systems.
· Manage the end-to-end order cycle, including placing orders with manufacturers and tracking shipment timelines.
· Filter incoming inquiries from our website and phone lines to identify high-value opportunities for the senior sales team.
· Coordinate with the Logistics and Installation teams to ensure equipment is delivered and installed according to the client's kitchen layout and timeline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
