Business Development Executive (B2B – Educational Institutions)

About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading EdTech organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling innovative Learning Management System (LMS) solutions and digital learning programs for students from Classes 1 to 12. This is a field sales role focused on building partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective schools within the assigned territory.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with school principals, management, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Explain the features and benefits of the LMS platform and digital learning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Business Development
- Field Sales
- Institutional Sales
- EdTech Sales
Experience working with schools or educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Malappuram and Kozhikode.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
