Job Summary
HDB Financial Services Ltd. is hiring Tamil Voice Process Executives to handle outbound customer calls related to loan and EMI payment reminders. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan or EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers and remind them about due payments.
- Negotiate payment commitments and repayment schedules.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Update customer information in the system after every call.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers Preferred).
- Experienced candidates can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
