Job Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team in handling company accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management
- Support in preparing financial reports
- Ensure all records are updated and organized
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or related degree
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
