Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to handle client queries, follow-ups, and retention activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer service.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and repeat business.
- Send travel updates, offers, and promotional communication to clients.
- Track customer feedback and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and customer databases.
- Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of CRM/customer service experience in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of travel packages, bookings, and customer handling preferred.
