Job Summary
Zed Engineers is hiring experienced and responsible Site Supervisors for ongoing RCC building projects in Dhemaji, Assam. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of construction site operations, labour management, and daily work supervision in Government RCC building projects.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring smooth execution of work, and maintaining safety and quality standards at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project site
- Monitor labour deployment, productivity, and work progress
- Ensure work execution as per approved instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Maintain daily site records and report progress to Site Engineer / Project In-charge
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Ensure proper use of safety PPEs and compliance with site safety norms
- Assist in material handling, site measurements, and work inspections
- Support smooth execution and timely completion of project activities
Eligibility Criteria
- 10+2 / Graduate / ITI
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Govt. RCC Building Projects
- Experience in Govt./PWD/CPWD projects will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of RCC building construction works
- Ability to manage manpower and daily site activities efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at different project locations
