The candidate will work on design and development of cutting-edge products in a dynamic organization.
Skills and Job Details:
- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Strong knowledge of Kinematics and Motion analysis and Integration of Electro Mechanical systems.
- Solid In Depth knowledge on Materials Science, Manufacturing Technologies, GD&T.
- Ability to perform static and dynamic analysis of product designs and troubleshoot issues and improve the design.
- Analyze different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other mechanical factors to arrive at the best fit for the product.
- Good clarity on testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology.
- Ability lead teams and monitor production activities of electro-mechanical products. Track production team progress and prepare reports/documentation as required.
- Involve in improving manufacturing methods or processes, and creating tooling and fixtures for testing/assembly.
- Coordinate with CNC machining, sheet metal, and injection molding vendors.
- Perform tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, and design validation.
- Build and test prototypes and resolve design issues.
- Create 3D models, detailed manufacturing drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
