We are looking for a dynamic Head of Corporate & Institutional Sales to lead large-scale B2B partnerships with corporates, IT parks, coworking spaces, business campuses, institutions, and large organizations.
This role will focus on building strategic partnerships for corporate food solutions, bulk supply contracts, employee meal programs, and event catering opportunities.
Experience: 15–20+ Years
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Business Strategy
- Develop and execute a national corporate sales strategy.
- Identify high-value partnerships with corporate offices and institutional clients.
2. Business Development
- Acquire corporate clients for bulk food supply, employee meal programs, corporate catering, and events.
- Build partnerships with IT parks, corporate campuses, coworking spaces, and large organizations.
3. Strategic Partnerships
- Establish relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, facility managers, and corporate administrators.
- Develop long-term corporate contracts.
4. Revenue Growth
- Drive consistent growth in corporate sales revenue.
- Build recurring revenue streams through long-term corporate contracts.
5. Team Leadership
- Build and lead the corporate sales team across regions.
- Define KPIs and manage performance.
6. Market Intelligence
- Analyze corporate food service trends.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and partnerships.
