About the Company
Tshu is a growing tissue manufacturing company specializing in premium hygiene paper products, including facial tissues, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, napkins, dispenser products, and non-woven hygiene towels. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, offices, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company's complete range of tissue and hygiene products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential dealers and appoint new distributors.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up on inquiries until order closure.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events whenever required.
Required Skills

- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B or FMCG sales.
- Experience in tissue paper, hygiene products, paper products, packaging, FMCG, or household products is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling distributors and dealer networks.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings.
- Valid 2 wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 -15,000 (Based on experience)
