Kumon KK Nagar is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and people-focused professional to join our team.
This is a key role that combines parent communication, customer service, admissions, and enrolment growth. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, helping them understand their child's progress, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their Kumon journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent communication.
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Explain student performance, learning goals, and next steps clearly and confidently.
- Address parent concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and outreach activities to drive enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with students and families and contribute to a positive centre experience.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and Tamil.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of school-level Mathematics and English.
- Ability to engage confidently with parents and build trust.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in education and child development.
- Experience in admissions, customer service, education, counselling, or relationship management will be an advantage.

10.30 am to 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Weekly Off
Wednesday and Sunday
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
