About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Outreach Manager to lead and execute channel partner strategies, drive admissions, and ensure batch targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing partnerships, expanding outreach, and ensuring smooth student onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Development Identify potential channel partners, consultants, and referral associates Onboard new partners in assigned territories Maintain regular engagement with existing partners Generate admissions through partner network
2. Admissions & Counselling Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions process Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments Support documentation and admission closure process
3. Events & Outreach Represent NEMI in education fairs, job fairs, seminars, and career events Conduct promotional activities in colleges and institutions Generate leads through on-ground marketing initiatives
4. Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly admissions targets Share daily activity reports and weekly progress updates Maintain CRM / lead database accurately Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation ability Confidence in public interaction and presentations Target-oriented mindset Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings
Eligibility Criteria :
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development) preferred
Any Graduate with strong communication skills may also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
