Looking for fresher graduates for International customer Support Whereas person is supposed to interact with US clients and troubleshoot their issues over the calls. Enthusiastic,& energetic approach to solve their queries. 5 days working only with rotational night shifts and transportation service
Salary- 23000 to 32000 + other perks
Key Responsibilities
· Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle high-volume customer calls to provide support, resolve complaints, or conduct sales/follow-ups.
· Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting technical problems or addressing billing and service inquiries to ensure first-call resolution.
· Data Management: Accurately documenting every interaction in CRM software (like Salesforce or Zendesk) and updating customer records.
· KPI Management: Meeting specific performance targets, including Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills are mandatory, often requiring accent neutralization or a clear, neutral accent to be easily understood by US callers.
· Cultural Awareness: Understanding American workplace culture and conversational nuances to build rapport and handle conflicts professionally.
· Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, fast typing speed, and the ability to multitask between multiple software screens while on a call.
· Education: Graduate/Undergraduates /candidates or 10th with 3 years diploma
