Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning while supporting business growth across multiple hospitality outlets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business and operations leaders to achieve organizational goals.
- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned outlets or business units.
- Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees to create a positive work environment.
- Participate in business review meetings and recommend HR interventions.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support manpower planning based on business expansion and operational requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment for corporate and outlet positions.
- Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of quality talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Reduce recruitment turnaround time and improve hiring quality.
3. Performance Management
- Drive the organization's performance management cycle.
- Support managers in setting KRAs, KPIs, and performance goals.
- Conduct performance review discussions and provide coaching to managers.
- Identify high-potential employees and succession opportunities.
- Recommend performance improvement plans where required.
4. Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Develop annual learning and development plans.
- Organize induction programs for new hires.
- Deliver or coordinate behavioral, customer service, leadership, and compliance training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee skill development.
5. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend action plans.
- Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Improve employee morale and organizational culture.
6. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies.
- Support conflict resolution between employees and managers.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
7. HR Operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data accuracy.
- Ensure HR process compliance across all outlets.
8. Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain statutory records and employee documentation.
- Educate managers on legal and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities when required.
9. HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor key HR metrics including:
- Attrition
- Recruitment
- Training
- Attendance
- Employee productivity
- Engagement
- Headcount
- Use data to recommend business improvements.
10. Organizational Development
- Support change management initiatives.
- Drive leadership development programs.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
