Job Responsibilities
- Lead new product development from concept to production.
- Design and develop 2D & 3D CAD models using Creo.
- Prepare engineering drawings, feasibility studies, and design concepts.
- Support RFQs by developing technical and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct design reviews, prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Coordinate with production and suppliers for manufacturing support.
- Implement design improvements for performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Creo 5.0
- Knowledge of Ansys / Pro-Mechanica / FEA
- Experience in Plastic, Sheet Metal, Rubber Components & Castings
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
