Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Organic & Natural Skincare Formulation Specialist who can develop innovative, safe, and effective skincare products using natural, herbal, and organic ingredients. The candidate should have expertise in creating formulations for creams, lotions, face washes, serums, soaps, scrubs, shampoos, and other personal care products while ensuring compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new formulations for organic and natural skincare products.
* Research herbal extracts, essential oils, active ingredients, and natural preservatives.
* Create stable formulations for:
* Face Wash
* Face Creams
* Body Lotions
* Serums
* Scrubs
* Soaps
* Hair Oils
* Shampoos
* Sunscreens
* Lip Care Products
* Conduct product stability and compatibility testing.
* Maintain formulation records, batch sheets, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with production teams for pilot and commercial batches.
* Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations and quality standards.
* Improve existing products for better performance and cost optimization.
* Support product claims and ingredient research.
Required Qualifications
* B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
* Diploma/Certification in Cosmetic Formulation preferred.
* 3–10 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care product formulation.
* Knowledge of natural, organic, Ayurvedic, and herbal ingredients.
* Understanding of GMP, quality control, and cosmetic regulations.
Technical Skills
* Cosmetic formulation development.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
