Nadan Taste (Pravasi Souq) is seeking a skilled and responsible Cook / Chef to prepare daily meals for approximately 15 employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing hygienic, nutritious, and tasty meals while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Food and accommodation will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea/snacks for approximately 15 employees.
- Plan and prepare daily menus with a variety of dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared in a hygienic and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform management of purchasing requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
- Experience as a Cook, Chef, or similar role.
- Knowledge of South Indian, Kerala, and basic Indian cuisine.
- Ability to prepare meals for multiple people efficiently.
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
