Swaran Automobiles, an authorized dealer for Mahindra vehicles, is hiring passionate and driven individuals for the role of Field Sales Consultant specializing in Mahindra Pickup Vehicles.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Mahindra Pickup models to individual and business customers.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
- Conduct market surveys and generate reports on customer preferences.
- Meet monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in field sales (automobile sales preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler (with a valid driving license).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Work Timing:
- Full-time, 6 days a week (Sunday off)
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
