Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company Good Standing and manage corporate records.
- File Franchise Taxes, Annual Reports, and State Filings.
- Coordinate Federal and State Tax Returns with CPAs.
- Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Manage payroll compliance, including W-2s, 1099s, and payroll taxes.
- Obtain and maintain Certificates of Good Standing and business licenses.
- Manage Registered Agent services, company amendments, and state registrations.
- Handle IRS and state notices and maintain compliance calendars.
- Oversee banking documentation, vendor agreements, and insurance records.
- Maintain compliance documentation for employees, contractors, and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
- 5+ years of experience in US Corporate Compliance, Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of US LLCs, C-Corps, Delaware compliance, payroll, and taxation.
- Experience in US Staffing or IT Consulting industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Mercury, Wise, and Stripe is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
