Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum: Deliver engaging lectures and practical lab sessions in subjects like Data Structures, DBMS, Software Engineering, and programming languages (Java, Python, C++). Update course syllabi to align with current IT industry standards.
- Student Mentorship: Guide undergraduate students with assignments, mini-projects, and overall academic progression.
- Evaluation & Assessment: Prepare question papers, conduct examinations, and grade assignments to provide constructive feedback.
- Departmental Support: Assist in institutional accreditations, college events, and administrative duties as required by the university.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's Degree: MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc in Computer Science/IT with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience: Relevant teaching or industry experience (typically 0–3+ years depending on institutional norms)
