*Job Summary:*
We're seeking a Civil Accounts Manager with 8+ years of experience in the construction industry to oversee project accounting, costing, and compliance.
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle project costing, market pricing, and rate analysis
- Knowledge on quotations, estimates, and tender documentation
- Manage vendor billing, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups
- Client management: invoicing, receivables, and follow-up
- Ensure statutory compliances: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and labor laws
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and project P&L statements
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures
- Liaise with site teams for RA bills, work certifications, and BOQs
*Requirements:*
- 8+ years of experience in civil/construction accounts and finance
- Strong knowledge of market pricing, tendering, and contract terms
- Hands-on with Tally, SAP, or ERP accounting software
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and construction-related compliances
- Experience with vendor and client management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹78,893.03 - ₹85,218.47 per month
