Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from source documents into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
- Update and maintain databases, records, and files.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
- Perform regular data backups and quality checks.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
