We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team for the following roles:
1. Kannada Telemarketing Executive
Location: Vijayawada
Requirements:
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidates from Karnataka willing to relocate to Vijayawada can apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer records.
- Achieve lead generation and calling targets.
2. Field Marketing Executive
Location: Remote / Field-Based
Work Model:
- No daily office reporting required.
- Candidates will work in their assigned territory.
- Travel for customer meetings and site visits as per schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for product presentations.
- Take measurements and collect project information.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, and property owners.
- Identify newly constructed and under-construction buildings.
- Collect customer and project contact details.
- Generate qualified leads and submit them to the company.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Lead Generation Incentive
Field Marketing Executives will receive ₹70 for every valid lead generated.
A valid lead includes:
- Verified contact details.
- Genuine construction or renovation requirement.
- Architect, builder, contractor, or property owner details.
- Complete project information submitted to the company.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic smartphone and internet usage skills.
