As an Outlet Manager, you will oversee the operations of cake world, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and profitability. You will lead a team of staff members, maintain inventory levels, and uphold company standards to drive sales and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer-focused environment by ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to attract customers and enhance brand visibility.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze financial reports, and manage budgets to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency without compromising quality or service.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for replenishment as needed. Minimize shrinkage and loss through proper inventory management practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and presentation meet company standards. Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, labor laws, and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree , hospitality management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management or hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and experience with budget management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
