Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations using Lenskart's standard eye testing process. Explain prescriptions clearly to customers. Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses based on the customer's prescription and lifestyle. Assist customers in selecting eyewear. Support store sales by achieving eye-check and conversion targets. Maintain accurate patient records. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of optometry equipment. Follow SOPs and quality standards. Coordinate with the Sales Associate and Store Manager for a seamless customer experience. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the eye-testing area. Skills Required Refraction and dispensing knowledge. Customer service orientation. Sales aptitude.
