Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain company products/services
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Generate leads and follow up with clients
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Build good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage operations and achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Experience in education/training institute will be an added advantage
