Job Title: Business Development Executive (Education Industry)

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in the education industry. The ideal candidate should have worked with leading education platforms , educational consultancies, EdTech companies, admission marketing firms, or higher education institutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing institutional partnerships, and driving student acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational partners.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute student acquisition campaigns.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and business pipelines using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the education industry.
- Prior experience with organizations EdTech companies, education portals, admission consulting firms, or higher education institutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of student recruitment, admissions, lead generation, and educational partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Skills:-
- Existing network with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies in the education domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
