Job Title: Operations Assistant

Job Summary
The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day functioning of resort operations by coordinating between departments, ensuring smooth service delivery, and assisting in maintaining operational standards across front office, housekeeping, and F&B. The role is key to ensuring efficient workflow and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operations across front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Monitor service standards and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication
- Support in handling guest requests, escalations, and service recovery
- Track room status, occupancy, and operational readiness with relevant teams
- Assist in scheduling, staff coordination, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain operational reports, logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely service delivery
- Support event and banquet operations to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Identify operational gaps and report issues to management
Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality operations or a similar role
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or club environments preferred
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration preferred
Skills
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel management systems preferred)
