Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute Land acquisition strategies aligned with business expansion plans.
2. Identify and evaluate potential agricultural land based on business requirements.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local communities.
4. Lead negotiations for land purchase, lease, or long-term agreements.
5. Coordinate legal due diligence, land title verification, and documentation.
6. Liaise with government authorities for land approvals, registrations, and regulatory compliance.
7. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams throughout the acquisition process.
8. Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and site assessments.
9. Manage acquisition budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
10. Resolve land-related disputes and acquisition challenges.
11. Lead and mentor the farm acquisition team to achieve business targets.
12. Prepare periodic MIS reports and acquisition status updates for senior management.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. 8–15 years of experience in land acquisition.
2. Proven success in acquiring agricultural land or managing large acquisition projects.
3. Strong network with farmers, landowners, brokers, and government authorities.
4. Expertise in land laws, title verification, and legal documentation.
5. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively to acquisition sites
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
