Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented ASM to lead direct sales initiatives and
manage a team of Business Development Officers (BDOs) wherever necessary. The candidate
should have an electronics background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Hindi. The
role involves achieving personal sales targets and mentoring a small team of BDOs to meet their
sales objectives across areas assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets through direct sales to customers and dealers.
- Mentor and manage a team of BDOs, ensuring they meet their sales targets and receive
adequate support.
- Implement and oversee a system-driven coordination process using CRM tools and other
digital platforms for lead tracking, sales reporting, and customer follow-up.
- Coordinate and participate in field visits, dealer meetings, and customer interactions.
- Support the BDOs in converting leads, resolving sales-related issues, and developing new
markets.
- Travel to assigned states as required for personal sales efforts and to oversee the
performance of the team.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the Manager.
- Collaborate with service and customer care teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales
support.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Electronics or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in direct or dealer-based sales, preferably in the industrial
equipment sector.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle both strategic planning and field execution. Experience with CRM systems,
Microsoft Excel, and sales tracking tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
