Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – PHE Execution (Water Supply Pipeline Network)
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Job Responsibilities
- Execute water supply pipeline works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise excavation, pipe laying, jointing, backfilling, and pipeline installation activities.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials, and daily site progress.
- Coordinate hydrostatic testing, flushing, commissioning, and quality inspections.
- Review drawings, identify site issues, and coordinate with civil and other disciplines.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, as-built documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Required Skills
- Experience in pipeline execution for industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, or township projects.
- Knowledge of water supply pipeline installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read engineering, civil, and infrastructure drawings.
- Experience in site execution, contractor coordination, and material management.
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, hydrostatic testing, and HSE practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
