If you’ve handled CRM seriously, know your numbers inside-out, and can drive store revenue-not just contribute to it—this is for you.
What matters in this role:
- Sales first mindset – you’re clear on targets, conversions, ATV, repeat business
- Own your revenue – daily, weekly, monthly. No surprises.
- Strong CRM – clienteling, follow-ups, building a loyal base (not just walk-ins)
- VM sense – you understand display, movement, and what sells
- Floor presence – confident, aware, and able to guide the team/customers
This role works out of our Mumbai stores candidates can be placed at Kalaghoda or Palladium Stores.
We’re not looking for:
People who just “assist” sales.
You should be someone who takes charge of it.
