Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth strategy for BM Hospitals, BM Elite International Clinic, BM Cosmetic, FIA Academy, and associated healthcare brands.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, cosmetic surgery, dental, education, or premium service industries and be capable of driving brand visibility, patient acquisition, lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth through digital channels.
This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly digital marketing plans.
- Build digital growth strategies for:
- BM Hospitals
- BM Elite International Clinic
- BM Cosmetic
- FIA Academy
- New business verticals launched by the organization.
- Improve brand awareness, engagement, and market positioning.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
2. Lead Generation & Revenue Marketing
- Generate qualified patient leads and consultation bookings.
- Create marketing funnels for:
- Cosmetic Surgery
- Hair Transplant
- Aesthetic Medicine
- Dental Services
- Regenerative Medicine
- Men’s & Women's Health
- Fertility Services
- Training & Fellowship Programs
- Optimize conversion rates from inquiry to consultation and treatment.
3. Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Campaigns
- Monitor:
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS
- Conversion Rates
- Scale campaigns based on ROI.
4. Social Media Management
Lead content strategy across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)
- WhatsApp Channels
Responsibilities include:
- Content calendar planning.
- Campaign execution.
- Reel strategy.
- Community management.
- Influencer collaborations.
- Reputation management.
5. Content & Creative Direction
Coordinate with:
- Graphic Designers
- Videographers
- Content Writers
- Photographers
Develop:
- Reels
- Short Videos
- Doctor Education Content
- Patient Awareness Campaigns
- Success Stories
- Corporate Campaigns
- Event Promotions
6. Website & SEO Management
Manage all company websites:
- BM Hospitals
- BM Elite
- BM Cosmetic
- FIA Academy
- Other group websites
Responsibilities:
- SEO strategy.
- Local SEO.
- Google Business Profile optimization.
- Landing page development.
- Website performance monitoring.
- Lead tracking implementation.
7. CRM & Marketing Automation
- Lead nurturing workflows.
- WhatsApp automation.
- Email marketing campaigns.
- Patient reactivation campaigns.
- Marketing funnel automation.
- Database segmentation.
8. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly management reports covering:
- Leads generated.
- Source-wise performance.
- Conversion rates.
- Campaign ROI.
- Website analytics.
- Social media growth.
- Revenue attribution.
Present actionable recommendations to management.
9. Team Management
Lead and supervise:
- Digital Marketing Executives
- Graphic Designers

Conduct regular reviews and performance tracking.

Experience Range
7–12 years preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
