Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive the successful delivery of a Data Lakehouse platform implementation. The role involves coordinating with clients, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams while ensuring timely execution, governance, and compliance across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, implementation partners, and technology teams.
- Coordinate platform deployment across data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption layers.
- Ensure alignment with business, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, preferably within the BFSI domain.
- Track project milestones, manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate vendor deliverables and validate project outcomes.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
- Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture and data platforms.
- Experience with on-premise or hybrid environments, including technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto/Trino, Iceberg, or Delta Lake.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor technology programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Preferred
- Experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Government Banking projects.
- Ability to balance technical execution with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹2,700,000.00 per year
