About You
In one of our engineering roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Implementation
- Aligned with Country Procurement Led to contribute the implementation of Procurement Strategy across ASEAN/APAC.
- Analyze spend to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities and lead projects to deliver cost saving commitment.
- Develop and implement local category strategies in which fully leverage local/regional supply market knowledge and opportunities in Thailand.
- Vendor Optimization and rationalization.
- Consolidate annual volume to leverage negotiation power and proceed bidding to deliver competitive cost.
- Set up Rate Card/ Pricing Catalogue for MRO/ Mill Services.
- Utilize procurement tools, i.e. e-bidding/ e-catalogue.
2. Performance Management
- Implement and ensures the target achievement for responsible categories (e. g. YOY Cost Savings, Working Capital/DPO, Cost Avoidance, and TCO).
- Be able to manage multiple projects across the responsible categories.
- Lead tendering process utilizing RFI/ RFPs, shortlisted, negotiation, contractual review and contract award.
- Lead supplier selection criteria with stakeholders including supplier performance evaluation to comply with audit policies.
- Negotiate local supply agreements in regard to all operative/strategic procurement activities and local conditions with suppliers (price, TCO, payment terms).
- Early involvement for Engineering Project to achieve project milestones and competitiveness.
3. Supplier Management
- Manage, qualify, select and develop subcategory for specific key suppliers.
- Develop supplier relationships management with key strategic suppliers which aligned with Country Procurement Lead.
- Initiate and conduct supplier audits according to defined framework (ECM).
- Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead Supplier Evaluation for key suppliers.
You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of ARBEX products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Minimum 7 years experience in Procurement area of MRO, Engineering Project, Capex, Mill supplies, Facility Management, Transportation, Energy and Indirect.
Ariba & SAP knowledge and experience is beneficial.
Good Interpersonal Skill in English both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently.
