Job Summary
Aquaneeta Industries is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B sales and expand our dealer/distributor network. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the home appliances, kitchen appliances, or small appliances industry with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales channels including dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, follow-up updates, and business forecasts.
- Travel for client meetings and market development when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in:
Home Appliances
Kitchen Appliances
Small Appliances
- Any Degree qualification.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of dealer/distributor sales networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
