Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial product sales and a strong understanding of customer requirements, technical sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer visits to generate inquiries and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries and projects.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully convert opportunities into orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc. or Engineering Graduate (Mechanical preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales or business development.
- Experience in industrial tools, lifting equipment, engineering products, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
